Our Story

Campus Shield was founded by Scott Isaacs in 2025. Scott brings with him a Law Enforcement background of 37 years. His experience includes:

a 27-year career with the Illinois State Police

Service as a patrol officer, criminal investigator, Field Training Officer, Tactical response team officer, Sergeant, Master Sergeant, and Hostage Negotiator

At retirement, Scott served as a day shift operational commander

Current Carrier Mills Chief of Police

Harrisburg Unit #3 Safety Director

Oversees all aspects of school safety, including all emergency drills and protocol
